Terms of Service

Welcome to Kandy Drivers. By accessing or using our chauffeur services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed by our dispatch team via WhatsApp or phone. A booking is not considered final until you receive a confirmation message. We reserve the right to decline any booking request based on driver availability.

2. Pricing and Payments

Our prices are fixed as listed on the Pricing page. There are no hidden fees. Any additional tolls or parking fees incurred during the trip will be communicated and added to the final cost. Payment terms will be agreed upon during booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to treat drivers with respect. For long-distance trips (daily packages), the customer is responsible for providing adequate food and accommodation for the driver unless specified otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We do not charge cancellation fees. However, we request that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your booking out of courtesy to our drivers.

5. Liability

While we strive for the utmost safety and punctuality, Kandy Drivers is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen traffic conditions, extreme weather, or vehicle breakdowns. We are responsible for providing a substitute driver or vehicle as quickly as practically possible.
